Richard Jacoby
General Manager
Rich joined the DeSales Dining Team during the Fall Semester of 2007. He came to us from Moravian College, where he worked as an Assistant Director of operations since August 2000. With 15 years of campus dining experience, Rich is committed to making your dining experiences at DeSales University enjoyable.

Bruce Chickey
Catering Director
Bruce is going on 20 years here at DeSales. He is responsible for collecting catering information, managing wait staff and executing catered events. Bruce particularly enjoys catering wedding receptions for DeSales Alumni.

Sharon Venanzi
Assistant Director
Sharon has been in campus dining for 17 years. She has experience in student restaurants at Muhlenberg Collge, retail at Lafayette College and catering at Kutztown University. She is also a champion for the Circle of Customer Service with Sodexo Campus Dining Division. Sharon is excited to be at DeSales working with Rich, Bruce and John to bring a positive dining experience for our students, faculty and staff.

John Francisco
Executive Chef
John comes to us from Lehigh University and along with John comes 15 years of foodservice experience. At Lehigh, John was an Assistant Director for 2 years and Executive Chef
for 5 years. Prior to Lehigh, John worked at Saucon Valley Country Club. He also has 7 years experience working in the hotel industry.
